400 Blows with question

I really enjoyed the 400 Blows film. I struggle with reading so I was a little hesitant on how I was going to do with a movie with subtitles but it was great.


What would the movie be like if it was in color?
Would 400 blows be different if it was lead role?
Why is it called 400 blows?
